THE METHOD
The Wholesome Training program is a holistic training experience that strengthens the body and nurtures the mind. We combine free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises with yoga sequences inspired by Ashtanga yoga to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
Each day, we focus on different muscle groups through targeted exercises that enhance body awareness and promote a greater range of motion for long-term health and balance.
To keep the body challenged and the mind engaged, we refresh our program every month. This variety encourages continuous learning, better coordination, and deeper mind–body connection.
Our method is a unique blend of physical awareness, mental resilience, and self-growth—helping you build not just strength, but harmony within yourself.

how it works
Wholesome Training is designed to be practiced at your own pace.
Classes run Monday through Friday, from 8:30 to 11:00 AM at Miami Yoga Garage, 1940 NW Miami Ct, Miami, FL 33136.
Students are welcome to arrive anytime within that window and begin their practice when it feels right for them.
We start by awakening the body with Sun Salutations, then move into the strengthening portion of the program—about 40 minutes focused on building stability, endurance, and balance. Afterward, students transition into a coherent yoga sequence that stretches and releases the specific muscles worked that day.
Once a week, we dedicate the entire session to yoga practice, Mysore-style. This means students move through their own sequences at their own rhythm, while the teacher offers hands-on and verbal guidance to support their individual practice. Whether deepening an existing Ashtanga practice or learning a new sequence, students receive personalized attention every step of the way.
On Saturdays, we come together for a special guided class that blends 45 minutes of strengthening exercises—keeping the heart rate elevated to support cardiovascular health—with 45 minutes of yoga. The yoga portion is a fun yet mindful flow, inspired by Ashtanga principles.
No previous experience is required. We’ll meet you exactly where you are, supporting your growth and progress at every stage of your fitness and yoga journey. Both new and experienced practitioners will find space to evolve—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
