Yes!
Our program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We’ll begin with a group of foundational yoga postures and gradually add more each day. Over time, you’ll build a full sequence you can practice anywhere, anytime.

Yes!
We will guide you through your yoga sequence and help you understand each posture using verbal cues and gentle physical adjustments, supporting you as you move mindfully through your practice.

No.
We begin with a strengthening routine that uses weights, resistance bands, and body weight exercises before the yoga practice. We like to keep the yoga portion pure, so you leave the room feeling peaceful, balanced, and centered.

No.
You can arrive anytime between 8:30 and 10:00 AM and practice at your own pace. You’ll move through both the strengthening and yoga portions according to your level of experience and ability. You’ll be guided personally throughout the session to ensure proper form and maximum benefit from the entire program.

Yes!
If you’re interested only in the resistance training, you’re welcome to do just that. We’ll also guide you through some stretches afterward to help prevent injuries and support recovery.
